Policy

We at Judy’s Puppy Place want your shopping experience for your puppy's fashion items to be a satisfying one. Our boutique store features both the unique and the usual. Below are listed our policies. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties, or reused without your permission. We will only use information to process your order. If you choose, we will add your email and preferences to a database for future contacts. You may opt out from this database at anytime by writing info@judyspuppyplace.com .

Shipping

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We only ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (sorry, no Hawaii, Alaska or military addresses). Our shipping charges are determined on a per item basis plus applicable sales tax.* However, where possible, we will combine items.

A contact e-mail will be sent to notify you that we have received your order and give you an approximate shipping time. Our shipping charges are determined on a per item basis plus applicable sales tax.* We use several sources for shipping. Orders are processed 24-48 hours after receiving them. Shipping may take 10-14 days according to the source of the merchandise. Custom items will take 4 to 6 weeks. You will be notified of a delivery date and be given a tracking number as soon as we have it. Please be sure that we have up to date information to contact you.

*California customers will be charged 8.0% sales tax.

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery. All items to be returned must be in original condition with no signs of use. Before returning an item please contact us at info@judyspuppyplace.com for a return number. We will need your shipping information and the reason for returning the item.

Items that are returned must be in the original packaging with any documentation. (We cannot accept items that have been worn or washed.) Items may be returned for credit minus the shipping. We do not pay for original shipping unless the packaging has been damaged in transit or what you received is defective. Items that cannot be returned include beds, totes, bags, carriers and custom orders. Also, treats and health items may not be returned.
The buyer assumes the cost of shipping and insurance to return the item to us. Items must be returned to our location in California.*

All returns must include the name and address of the purchaser, and your return number issued by us.

If an order is returned to us by any carrier as refused or unwanted, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund based upon standard counter shipping rates. If an item is damaged in return shipping, the buyer must handle the damage claim with the shipper for a refund. We do not provide refunds on items returned to us damaged.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving your return.
